Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Sadevz Labs for the use of PocketPeshi. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

Acceptance

By signing up for or using PocketPeshi, and by ticking the box on the sign-up form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Who may use it

PocketPeshi is for practising advocates in Pakistan and the assistants they invite. There is one workspace per advocate. You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for everything they do in it. You confirm, by signing up, that you are a practising advocate or act for one.

Accounts

You create your account directly from the sign-up form; no review or approval step is involved. You receive a username and a temporary password and set your own password on first login. Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Tell us promptly at info@sadevz.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

Plans, fees and advertising

The current version of PocketPeshi is free to use and shows no ads. We may introduce advertising in a future update; if we do, this document and the Privacy Policy will be updated with the specifics first, and ads will not appear in the screens you use to record proceedings or handle client data.

A paid Premium plan at PKR 999 per month plus applicable taxes is planned. Its features are not yet finalised. Premium can only be purchased and managed from inside the app, not from the website, and is billed there. Premium prices may change on notice for future billing periods, and non-payment may lead to a Premium account reverting to the free plan.

Your data and content

You own the data you enter. You grant Sadevz Labs only the limited licence needed to host, process, back up and display that data to you and your workspace, and to provide support. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' information in the service and for meeting your own professional confidentiality obligations. You can export your data at any time.

What Sadevz Labs may do

• operate, maintain, and change the service, and add or remove features;
• set and change pricing for future billing periods;
• perform maintenance, with or without notice;
• set reasonable fair-use and storage limits;
• suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful use, or a real risk to the service or to others; and
• discontinue the service as a whole on reasonable notice, with a window for you to export your data first.

What Sadevz Labs will not do

• claim ownership of your case data;
• sell your data;
• use the contents of your workspace for advertising or to train machine-learning models; or
• access your workspace content except as described in the Privacy Policy — for support you request, for security, or where the law requires it, all logged.

Acceptable use

• no unlawful content or unlawful use of the service;
• no attempts to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
• no storing of material unrelated to legal practice; and
• no reselling or sharing of access outside your workspace.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Offline mode is best-effort and depends on your device and browser.

Not legal advice; you stay responsible

PocketPeshi is a record-keeping tool. It does not give legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your cases, your deadlines and your court appearances. Reminders and calendars are a convenience, not a guarantee. Sadevz Labs is not liable for a missed date, an adjournment, a cost order, or any outcome in any matter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sadevz Labs's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Sadevz Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond its backup obligations.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Sadevz Labs against claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. On closure you may export your data during a short window, after which it is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, liability and indemnity — continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material, we will notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Chitral Lower, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Address for legal notices to Sadevz Labs: Muhammad Ayub Institute of Innovation & Technology Building, Near Purana Sabzimandi, Chitral Lower, Pakistan.
